Snowy steep cliffs and glaciers offer an ethereal view in Wilhelmina Bay, where the scenery offers abundant whale sightings. Venture on to Cuvehrville Island in the afternoon, a dark, rocky island, known for holding Antarctica’s largest fauna species of approximately 6,500 Gentoo Penguin pairs.

This fabulous day is spent in both Neko Harbour and Paradise Harbour, where history resides in the hands of Argentina’s Almirante Brown Antarctic Base as well as Chile’s González Videla Antarctic Base. Have your breath taken away by the whaling sights in the area.

As morning greets you, sail through Lemaire Channel, a top tourist destination in Antarctica. The iceberg filled passage is surrounded by amazing steep cliffs, known to offer the perfect ‘kodak moment’. Head to beautiful Booth Island and the Ukranian Antarctic Station thereafter.

The home to Britain’s most southerly post office, the natural harbor of Port Lockroy, offers secluded and lovely morning views. Enjoy a relaxing cruise through the still waters as you head to calm Useful Island in the afternoon.

Your peaceful journey concludes as you stroll back to King George Island. After bidding a farewell to your crew, and board a flight back to Puntas Arenas, Chile. Head onwards to home, with lasting memories filled with breathtaking views of snowcapped, secluded Antarctica.
