Luxury charter motor yacht ENIGMA XK is an impressive 71-metre ex-fisheries vessel converted into a luxury expedition motor yacht, featuring an elegant yet industrial and luxurious look. Luxury motor yacht ENIGMA XK can take you anywere you wish to go. Spacious master suite with lounge and office, elegant yet sober design, Fitness Room, Jacuzzi on the upper deck Naval architecture of the converted ENIGMA XK was the responsibility of McFarlane Ship Design, whereas Philippe Briand was in charge of her exterior, and Veerle Battiau, director of studios motor yacht division Vitruvius, was responsible for her exterior as well as interior. The structural changes were aimed at bringing as much light as possible into her interiors. The portholes were enlarged, skylights added and a new upper deck saloon was created with wrap around windows. The master cabin is located forward of the upper saloon, boasting wraparound windows for plenty of light and brightness and a massive subdivided skylight above the bed. Aft, the ensuite features an elegant bathroom, with two sinks, hammam, and open shower. The master cabin also has a comfortable office located further back. The promenade on the bridge deck joins the funnels and creates a roof, providing a vast shaded area, leading to the spa pool, as well as to the extended aft deck and the Heli-pad. Two tenders can be launched from the main deck aft using cranes.

A 35% APA is required for charters in Antarctica, due to the higher port and logistical expenses associated with operating in that region. Regarding APA expenses: For Antarctic charters, the owner will usually provision most alcohol and some dry stores from South Africa several months prior to the Antarctic season as this is more economical for the client when compared with provisioning out of South America and more convenient for the owner in using their trusted local suppliers. There are also some significant expenses incurred well before the start of the charter (such as expenses for the expedition planning, Ice Pilot, Expedition Guides, Antarctic Permitting Fees, etc). Therefore, 50% of the APA is required to be paid with the first installment of the charter fee and the remaining 50% of the APA is due with the final payment. A Euro 25,000 Delivery Fee will apply for charters starting and / or ending at King George Island, Antarctica. -
